Soft play is made of foam padded equipment and is ideally for kids ages 0-5. Our sets provide hours of safe and interactive fun that keeps all kids engaged.

Soft play encourages socialization, sensory integration and motor development. Kids can work on stepping, jumping. climbing, crawling and rolling without fear of injury. Having an open space with good sensory equipment helps a child regulate and learn. Children can interact in a positive way allowing them to socialize and develop.

*We thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment before and after each use.

Fill out our booking request with your desired date, time and details for your event. We will get back to you as soon as possible. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Final payment is due 72 hours prior to your event.

We service Seattle and surrounding areas including South Seattle and the Eastside.

Unfortunately, we do not allow activities such as face paint, glitter, slime, silly string, confetti, temporary tattoos, henna, arts and crafts (crayons, markers, paint, etc.), or any water activities (sprinklers, water balloons, water guns, etc.) at our events. These activities pose a high likelihood of damage to our Party Baby equipment and can increase the risk of accidents in the play area. If any of the activities listed above will be present at your event, unfortunately, we will be unable to move forward. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our equipment in excellent condition and ensuring a safe environment for all attendees.

We offer free delivery and set-up within the greater Seattle area. Delivery and set-up fees may apply to surrounding areas and set-up environments. Please reach out with your specific requests!

Once your booking is confirmed, we will communicate final details with you before delivery. Please measure your space to make sure the playground will fit in the area you desire. We can make adjustments to set ups to fit your space but will need to know in advance.

We will arrive 1-2 hours before your party depending on the size of your package. Please have parking available near the entrance. We do charge an additional fee for obstructions such as stairs, far from parking, etc. After installation, we’ll review the rules and safety measures and then you’re all set for a day of fun!

We will pick up 4 hours after your set start time. Upon pick up, we ask that the area be clear of children so that we may disassemble safely and efficiently. You can add additional time to the 4 hours with advance notice and an additional fee.

Yes! We can set up on grass, concrete, pavers, and wood or trex decks. Set up area must be completely FLAT! We will not be able to set up on dirt, gravel, bark or sand. Covered carports and garages make great party spaces as well.

At this time we do not offer tent canopies for rent. If this is an outdoor spring or fall event please plan to have one on site or have a backup indoor location. The summer sun can also make equipment hot to the touch.

It is the responsibility of the person/s or organization hiring Party Baby LLC to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the soft play equipment. Please ensure the following safety instructions are followed:

NO food, drink or chewing gum on or around the soft play area. This will avoid any accidental risks and keep the equipment clean. (Please note if the equipment is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur an excess cleaning charge.)

NO shoes, jewelry, loose objects in pockets, and/ or badges to avoid injury to peoples using the equipment and harm to the equipment.

NO face paints, party poppers, colored streamers, or silly string to be used either on or near the soft play area. (Please note these products will cause damage to the equipment that cannot be repaired.). We strictly DO NOT BOOK with face paint/water play activities due to the high likelihood of possible damages to equipment and accident in the play area.

Climbing, hanging or sitting on safety gates is dangerous and must not be allowed.

A responsible Adult must supervise the soft play equipment, at all times. Parents are responsible for supervising their children, we do not stay on site for parties.

NO pets, outside toys, or any type of sharp instruments in the soft play area at any time.

Yes, all of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each use.

At this time we accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or PayPal.

All deposits are non-refundable. If something arises and you need to reschedule, you will have up to one year to reschedule for another date.

Yes! Rest assured, Party Baby has you covered with $1M in General Liability Insurance. Additionally, a signed waiver with rules and safety procedures will be required upon booking.
