Our calendar fills up quickly and we generally book 2-3 months in advance.

We set up at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Our minimum rental fee is $500. All rentals are for 4 hours and we do not pro-rate for less time.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability, as our schedule fills up quickly. For last-minute requests, we will do our best to accommodate, but availability is not guaranteed.
Yes, for orders placed within 7 days of the event, a 10% rush fee will apply. This helps us expedite material sourcing and production to meet your deadline.
Yes! We provide delivery, setup, and breakdown services to ensure a stress-free experience. Our team will handle all the details so you can focus on enjoying your event.
Yes, delivery and setup start at 15% of the total order amount. If your order includes rented structures (like backdrops or stands), a 5% breakdown fee applies if you’d like us to return and dismantle everything after your event.
