- Advisory Only: This service is strictly advisory. The client handles all independent vendor bookings, contracts, payments, and final event execution. We provide professional guidance and styling recommendations.
- Recap Limits: The Digital Event Recap simply summarizes the live call and explicitly does not include ongoing vendor management, custom design work, or day-of logistical coordination.
- Credit Target: The $75 Upgrade Credit applies only to additional rentals, balloon installations, upgrades, or decor packs associated with the current event.
- Credit Exclusions: The Upgrade Credit cannot be applied toward base rental packages, delivery fees, taxes, or gratuity.
- Inventory: All upgrades and add-ons are subject to real-time inventory availability.

Party Baby came through for me in short notice planning of my little girl's birthday party. I rented the mini castle bounce house and ball pit to set up at pur house and it was amazing! We rented the bubble house from Party Baby for our wedding reception, and it was absolutely perfect. We had a large rooftop space to fill and a lot of kids attending, so I wanted something that would help keep everyone entertained — and it ended up being a huge hit with both the kids and adults. The kids especially loved it and spent so much time playing in it throughout the reception.

Great experience with Party Baby from start to finish. We rented a ball pit for our toddler son’s birthday party. Jeannie, the company owner, was friendly and easy to communicate with leading up to the party. And, we were so impressed with the amazing customer service and professionalism of her team who came two hours early to set up the ball pit at our home. (Shoutout to Liliana and Leo, you were awesome!) They were efficient and lovely to work with, and the equipment and balls were clean and like new. They came back after the party to remove everything and left no trace behind, even moving back some of our heavier furniture. Would recommend Party Baby to anyone looking for an extra special kids’ party, and we will definitely work with them again.

Best idea ever to have Party Baby Seattle come setup a soft play area for the little ones celebrating in this birthday. There's too many things that one as parents try to figure out and this was one less thing I had to worry about. There was a place where they had so much fun together and it was safe and beautiful. The team was super sharp and on time, very swiftly setup and gave us recommendations of where to put it. Then just as swiftly as they setup they also came after the rental time expired and also left the area just as they found it.

They went above and beyond to make sure it was a great experience from changing the set up and colors when I finally picked a theme after purchasing another set to changing times when I accidentally set the party time to a half hour earlier (ugh, I am so so sorry). And more…They adapted to each of my blunders and were so wonderful about it all realizing I was just a stressed out mom of a baby turning one.

The staff came well ahead of schedule, worked with us to determine the appropriate setup location in our backyard, and installed the set up well in time for the party. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing this experience was from start to finish. The Party Baby crew came to the location on time, set up a beautiful play set in colors that matched the party perfectly, and tore it down quickly and easily. My son and his friends LOVED the set as well. Most of the kids were 12 months and under so I thought they might be too young to play in it, but I was wrong!!
