Our events run on tight schedules, so we need team members who show up on time, follow through on commitments, and take pride in doing great work. While we offer flexible scheduling, we rely on team members to honor their confirmed shifts. If you’re looking for a role that allows for last-minute changes after scheduling, this may not be the best fit.

Position Overview:

Weekend Event Specialist – $24–$26/hr – Fun & Fast-Paced Work

Positions Available:

Event Crew – Setup & Teardown (Non-Driver) | $24/hr

  • Travel with the team to event sites (we provide transportation from our office in Tukwila)
  • Set up premium party equipment including bounce houses, ball pits, soft play, and bubble houses
  • Confirm setup accuracy and take high-quality before/after photos
  • Break down and reload equipment after events
  • Must be dependable—our events rely on the team showing up on time, every time
  • Some employees may drive directly to events, but company vehicles are provided for most jobs

Event Driver + Setup & Teardown | $26/hr

  • This is not just a driving job—you must be comfortable with hands-on setup and teardown
  • Perform all setup and teardown responsibilities listed for Event Crew
  • Drive a company-provided Sprinter van or U-Haul (fuel and vehicle costs covered)
  • Travel within a 30–40 mile radius of Seattle, including Tacoma and Bellevue
  • Ensure safe loading, unloading, and transport of equipment
  • Must navigate tight spaces and busy streets professionally
  • Clean driving record required (MVR check will be completed)

Event Schedule & Availability

  • Weekend-only position (Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Event shifts vary—some may start early or run into the evening- If you are looking for more of a set schedule this may not be the best fit.
  • Must be available for at least 4 days per month to remain active

What We Expect

  • Dependability and punctuality
  • No last-minute call-offs
  • Arrive on time and ready to work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (carts provided for heavier items)
  • Driver role requires experience with large vehicles (Sprinters, U-Hauls, or similar) with a clean driving record.
  • Available at least 4 shifts per month.
